  1. Please keep me in your prayers. I have had a really bad time, I lost my marriage, family and faith. I have a friend who wrote to me and gave me your web address. I don't even know how to begin to try and start over I am trying to not give but but it is hard when one person can destroy a family. I try not to hate it is hard during this time. I know I am not apart of your church but I hope you will consider a prayer for me. I can not go to my church for it is my family church and I am not welcome anymore. Thank you for giving me this time.

    1. Ohh Father in heaven, my heart weeps with this dear one who has lost so much. I don't know the details, but you do! and you have only one church, one family of God -- Laura is my sister-in-You, even if her faith is faltering. She has asked for believers to gather around her to pray, that proves her faith is not dead. You have said you will not "break a bruised reed, nor will you quench a smoking flax" (Matt.12:20) and Laura's faith is precious to you. I pray that you will bring restoration out of destruction and beauty out of ashes. I pray that Laura will know that you are ever ready and willing to help, to comfort, to forgive, to build anew. Only with you is there any hope and with you there is not only hope but also victory. I pray that as Laura cries out to you, you will hear and wrap your arms around her. Give her the strength to walk through this dark valley. Give her the wisdom she needs to make the right choices and decisions. Where she has failed may she know your forgiveness, may she know to do what is in her to do, and know what she needs to surrender to you. Where she has been wronged, may she find the freedom forgiveness brings. May she know the power of love to overcome fear, anger and even hatred. I know and believe that you have a plan - a way through to where the Son shines again... even though now the sky is overcast and dark. May Laura know that she is so loved by you, and though I have never met her, I reach out in love to you as well. Comfort her with your peace that passes understanding .. and may your Light shine on her way.... In Jesus' precious name I pray, amen.

    2. Dear Laura,
You are welcome here. You absolutely do not need to be part of any of the churches that we attend to ask for help as you have. In reality, all of us who believe in Jesus for our salvation are part of God's family, the church, and we want to treat our family and visitors, with love and acceptance. For the most part, we cook and we pray. We are not trained in mentoring, but would be able to refer you to a site that can match you with a mentor to walk alongside you by email. It is one we would recommend for their integrity and godly principles.
https://powertochange.com/discover/talk-to-a-mentor/ You could copy your prayer request into the space provided to have someone contact you by email. Only if you so desire. We would never even know if you did or did not. There is total privacy and we have no connection to this ministry other than knowing about it.
Dear heavenly Father, I pray that you would be with Laura in this time of grief for what she has lost. I ask that You will guide her painful steps and bring her to a place of healing. In Jesus Name we ask. Amen

  2. I have asked for prayer before about my career after maternity leave. My sister in law is opening a day home and the kids can go there. I approved my job about part time employment and am waiting to hear back. I pray God gives a clear answer soon about the right decision. I am stressed about the decision. I haven't been myself lately and I wonder if this has something to do with it. I have been very tired. I pray for God's healing and guidance. And most important the peace that comes when I'm living in his plan. Bless me Lord.

  3. Heavenly Father as our eviction date approaches I know that you have already set aside a wonderful home for my family where we will thrive with plenty of provision and guidance to make sure we get there at the perfect time with ease and grace. Please fill my heart with your love and send me many signs to remind me that you have me in the palm of your hands. I give my worry to you Lord and I turn my mind to faith. Please help me to put aside anxiety and feel your love filling me to overflowing. Amen

    1. Lord, I stand with Willow Rose, joining my prayer to hers, knowing that you hear and answer. Thank you that you have our needs always before you and you provide before we even ask. I know that you will send clear direction and confirmation to Willow that she will know that she knows she is in the palm of your hand. May her new home be one that will not only bless her but also be a place of peace and blessings that draws others in. You are good, O Father, and your blessings and love poured out abundantly. You give us above what we could even think to ask. To you we raise all praise and thanksgiving, in Jesus' name. Amen.

    1. Dear Father, grieving is painful and the sense of loss regarding a mother is deep. I pray for these sisters as they sorrow. May the 'empty' house not be empty but be filled with the wonderful memories they have of their loving mom. When they gather there may they feel the peace, the joy, their mother brought into their lives but may they also feel your Presence there that links this earth to your throne in heaven. Bless them, O Lord, and comfort them with the blessed hope that their mother is not 'gone' , just waiting for them on the other side of the veil. Thank you for your love and peace and sustaining strength when we feel weak. Be this family's provision in all they have need of, in Jesus' name, amen.

  5. I need a prayer for God's blessing for a finding another apartment or house to moved into. By surprisely, we were asking our landlord to renew our lease agreement; and we were told the apartments where we lived has been sold out to a housing unit and renovating to be rented out. And we didn't notified until we asked to renew our lease for another year. This gave us stressing out; and depressed. But, the Lord is able; will find a a good locations, a better price; and etc. Pray for the our landlord for their actions for not letting us know this was happening, until we asked today. Pray for their wrongdoings, and we will be blessed with another apartment. I'm just worried, but I know The Lord already has a plan for us. A plan that will prosper in anyway.

    1. Lord, I pray for the ones needing a new 'home'. I pray that you provide all that they need and abundantly more. Bring to them the home you have already chosen for them and have put the steps in place for it to happen at the right time. Give them a peace and confidence as they wait on you. I pray for the landlord - you know whether his failure to advise of his intentions was simply an oversight, something he was still intending to do or whether he was guilty of 'not caring' about those whose lives would be upset because of the sale. I pray that you also move him to do what is right. You provide for the birds of the air, how much more for your children - I know that you will provide just the right place that will bless this family with joy and thanksgiving and to you belongs all the praise !! In Jesus' name, amen.

  6. We just found out that a competitor is preventing a customer from bringing work back to us as was originally planned, and that they are now likely to try to try to take credit for our work. The original work was done in good faith that it would come back to us once the competitor had done their part, and a significant 70% discount was given to the customer as well. We now feel taken advantage of, and very discouraged that all of the initial work was for naught. Please pray for understanding. We don't want to be bitter but its hard to understand why this is happening.

    1. Oh Lord, you know how difficult it is when we are taken advantage of, when we are cheated and when we suffer injustice. But you, O God, are a just and righteous God - You are our defender and our rear guard. I pray, Lord, that this competitor will be deeply convicted, that they will lie awake at night with a troubled conscience. I pray that they will be given strong incentive to do what it right and not be able to take what is not their's to take, nor will they destroy what was done in good faith. I pray for this couple that has been wronged, I ask that you take on their defense... that you will turn what was meant for evil to good! That you will bless where harm was inflicted. Grant that even in this they will not become angry or bitter but will use this to show that they are your children. May this work together as an opportunity to bless and not curse, to shine the Light of your kingdom in dark places. Instead of financial loss may you work it to their financial gain! You are our Source in all things .. I pray that you rise up to defend those that are yours! Thank you for what I know you have already put into place and I pray these dear ones that have been wronged will stand with lifted arms in praise of what you will/have done ! In Jesus' powerful name I ask, amen.

  7. We have an urgent prayer request for our daughter Samantha who is in a battle with drug addiction which is, among other things, causing real mental torment. She gave her heart to the Lord when she was a young girl, was baptized, and was on fire for the Lord. Due to very painful circumstances she is trying to cover the deep inner pain with drugs and is running from God, who she feels wasn't there for her. Our hearts are heavy and hurting for her, and at times feel so helpless. She needs that deep inner healing that only God can give her. We know that God has her in the palm of His hand, and we really trust and believe that He will set her free. Just wish His timing was more like what we think it should be. Thank you for praying.

    1. Dear Lord, we stand in the gap with this family for Diana's daughter. How painful it is to watch someone struggle with addiction and mental torment, and not be able to help. Oh, Father, only you hold freedom and healing in your loving hand. May Samantha hit a 'wall' and recognize that there is no where else to run from you. May she realize that you have been with her all along, even in the most difficult circumstances of her life - that you had a plan to take her 'through' to where the sun shines again on the other side. Melt her heart with your peace, your loving presence. Break her body's addiction to the drugs - set her completely free from the demands of the addiction with no symptoms of withdrawal nor any need for detox. Heal her from the deep wounds that have been inflicted upon her ... and give her a forgiving heart and ability to let go of the past and to know that the best is yet to come. Thank you for the loving family that surrounds her with compassion and prayer. I know you will answer... and yes... in your time, because in your time the 'answer' is complete. In you we trust, in you we have our anchor and we know Samantha is ever in your thoughts and your care. May your answer come soon, and to you we give our thanksgiving and praise ! In Jesus' name - knowing that whom He sets free, is free indeed -- amen.

I pray for healing, for strength, and for the well-being he needs that he may continue to provide for his family. Bless him with health and give him wisdom to know the difference between what you put on his plate to do and what he adds himself, even though it be with good intent. Give wisdom to the doctors and may this be but an alarm to avert something serious. Bless his family with peace, I pray, in Jesus' name amen.

  10. Please pray for God's mercy in finding a place for us. Our lease is ending in June 22, 2017 and we are told to vacate the apartment, after all, we weren't aware of the apartment being sold and the Landlord told us to vacate before June 22nd. We were so surprised! Please pray for all the confusion with our landlord, and we will find something better and affordable price, and a good neighborhood. Thanks for all your prayers!

I pray for Pamela as she faces surgery - I pray that even as you have already prepared the way she will feel 'carried' through this whole process with thanksgiving and praise in her heart to you in whom she trusted. I pray too for her husband that you will bring health back to his body - give your beyond-understanding peace to both Pamela and her husband and may they rise and lie down in the glory of your Presence surrounding them. Provide all they have need of - bless them, O Lord, with your goodness .. in Jesus' name, amen.

    1. Lord, I know how your heart aches at the troubles we create because we do not follow your commandments given to instruct us how to live the happy fulfilled lives you desire for us. Yet, I am ever so grateful that you never turn away from us but when we call on you, you turn even our wrong choices into good, and you offer complete forgiveness. I bring this family before you, and I know you know every detail of their heartache and the issues they are dealing with... You also know this girl that is making a difficult situation seemingly impossibly painful. I pray first for this x-girlfriend who is using the child to hurt others- I pray that you cause her to recognize that she is hurting the one she needs to put first - her son. May her heart soften and may she be willing to do what is good and right. Bring the right people into her life that will be able to speak to her in a way that she will hear. If it is medical/psychological help she needs may that become evident to her family or friends. I pray for the father of this child that he will seek wisdom from God and deal with love with his x-girlfriend - difficult though it be - for the sake of his son. I pray for the parents - I thank you that they are praying parents and know to whom to bring their burden, hurt and despair. Give them a profound wisdom to know what to do and how and when. May YOU write the end to this story ... and may it be one that brings glory to you. And Lord, I know the child is close to your heart, I pray that you put a hedge of protection around him, that no harm come to him. Give him a 'knowing' of who you are and may he even at a young age seek to know you. Only you know the answers in this sad situation and we trust you to work it out for a good end. In Jesus' name, amen.

(note to Anonymous - I just yesterday read a true story of almost the exact same situation, the only difference was that the child was a girl and the son had married the mother -- It took almost 2 years but with unceasing prayer and love the situation turned completely around - to the point that the young mother said she trusted her mother in law more than her own mother to care for her children. A miracle only God could do.)

I pray for this son that his eyes would be opened and he would be filled with disgust and conviction over what he is doing to his family. May Brian recognize that the road he has taken is one that only leads to destruction of the things that are most precious in his life - his children and the mother of his children. May he have sleepless nights, tormented days, may the things that tempted him decay at his feet - until he comes to himself and repents with sorrow. May he become the man you have called him to be and may this family be restored ! I pray for Brian's mother - comfort her heart even as she prays for her son and his family. Give her wisdom to act/respond in supportive ways. Prepare Brian's wife heart ... heal her and may she find forgiveness toward her husband when he repents. And protect the children that they will be covered by your care and love through this - comfort their hearts. Oh .. Lord, may you work miracles in this family .. I pray ! in Jesus' name - who alone CAN - amen.

  23. Hello ladies,

I've been blessed to receive prayer from you in the past, and I'm coming to you again for support. Two friends, beautiful, powerful women that I love very much, are hurting because their relationships have broken up and they're putting together the pieces now. One friend is living with us, with her two girls. The other is a coworker and our kids also go to the same school. Their partners have abused them, their finances are uncertain, and their co-parenting situations are complicated. Both husbands are alcoholics who are struggling with their addiction. Please pray for strength for my friends, and for good outcomes for their young kids. Please pray that the husbands can recognize what their drinking has cost them, and can change their lives. Please pray that my friend who's living with us gets the place she's applied for (she should find out today). And please pray that my husband and I can be strong, reliable friends as they're hurting. Thank you all so much for always listening and always helping.

    1. Father, I stand before you interceding for these two families that are broken. I pray for the husbands that you would bring them to the end of themselves where they will recognize their need of you and realize what they have lost ... Work in their hearts, stir up in them a desperate love for their families and a 'new' desire to be what their wives and children need - fill them with disgust for the alcohol that has stolen so much from them. I pray for the wives and the dear children, I pray Lord that you would sustain them, cover them with your love and meet every need .. Protect them from bitterness, anger and despair, may they see your ever present love and grace ever them. Strengthen them and may they have your wisdom in decisions and choices they must now make. Put a hedge around the children that they will be protected from harm. I thank for this couple that has been there for them and I pray a special blessing upon them for the strength, wisdom and resources they need to stand in the gap and be a support to their friends. Work your good in all of the details, and may your perfect will unfold into your plan for them for good and not evil. Thank you, Father, that you are ever ready and able to hear and answer our cries to you for help. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.

  24. Please pray for my mom, dad, sister, and for me. A severe crisis in my early childhood shattered my family, although we stayed together and soldiered on! Just recently, each of us has begun to dwell in the pain of that time, and face the wounds we each carried forward. My sister and I are adults, my parents are seniors, but we are each searching for peace and deep, true healing. No more band-aids, no more brave faces to mask hurting hearts. Personally, I am haunted a bit about the experience of being the unwanted child, not able to find comfort, or receive nurturing at home. A little prayer would be welcomed!

    1. Lord, I am reminded of Psalm 27:10 that says "if my father and mother abandon me, the LORD will hold me close." Father, you know the heart of this one who feels like she was the unwanted child, and yet, ohhh how your heart yearned for her, how you love her! She is not unwanted. I pray that you fill her heart with the assurance of your love, the security of your peace and may she find a safe refuge in you, a healing of her wounds. I pray that you work in this family that they may lay the past where it should go, in the past, and may they build a better future, treasuring each other, forgiving and receiving forgiveness. May there be a supernatural restoration of relationships. .. May you be glorified, O Lord ! in Jesus holy name, who longs for unity and harmony - us with Him and with each other. Amen.

    1. Oh Lord, you wept when your friend died, and you understand the grief we feel when we lose loved ones. I pray for this dear one that has so suddenly lost a precious aunt who she was so close to. She feels the loss deeply but you are the great Comforter. I ask that you take her grieving emotions and infuse them with hope -- hope knowing that she will see her aunt again and then there will be no more good-byes. May her memories of her aunt warm her heart - may she know her aunt is not 'gone' only 'away' - and that temporarily. Fill those empty places in her life with meaning and satisfying purposes. May the life her aunt lived, the example she modeled be the footsteps her niece follows in. May her aunt's influence now give her strength to lean on. And may your voice, dear Lord, whisper peace and comfort to her heart and mind. May your arms envelope her in your love. In Jesus' name, amen.

  35. I was happy to see this request a prayer. Though completely unhappy with the situation. A dear friend of mine who is a living angel has been in hospital for several weeks now. She has had one incredibly difficult life but never lost her faith. I can't go on with all the reasons she is wonderful due to the list being so long but she is the most pure person I've ever known. She is giving and caring and ever so generous. I love her so much. I found out she has cancerous brain tumours and they can't do anything. I can't lose her. I've lost so many this year. 2017 has been awful. It would take a while to go through it all but right now I need a miracle. I was shocked by myself for I lost emotional control and started screaming and begging God not to take her from us. Not yet! Please pray for a miracle. I need one right now. Thank you so much and God bless!

  41. Greetings - I could just use a little extra selfish prayer for myself. For some reason, my chemistry must be "off" - I am a total nervous wreak about everything, worrying needlessly until I'm losing focus and not enjoying life. Life has been overwhelming with college kids, bills, money woes, etc. Nothing is for lack of trying - we are all working hard, but us old parents are worn out. Please pray to bring me/us back to "normal" - my focus where I didn't sweat the small stuff like I am now for some reason. That...and severe empty nest syndrome even though work is keeping me very busy. That longing for the kids to be little again, it almost makes you ache - actually, it does. Please help me focus on all the great things ahead, instead of wishing the past would come back - it is kind of messing up my focus! LOL I appreciate all you Ladies do so much. Thank you.

May the letting go of the things you have promised to provide result in the joy of living returning to her heart and mind! May she fix her focus on YOU and find that all other things then come into focus. May she see the best is yet to come. It is something I have to keep reminding myself of, now that my sweet little grandgirls are grown up!
