  1. This is the first time I have seen your prayer request tab. Once again, the Lord's timing is perfect. I just hung up the phone with my grown daughter, Lisa. She went to the emergency room around noon and was diagnosed with a bowel blockage. Surgery is a possibility. Thank you for your dedication to the service of our Lord Jesus Christ. Elaine

    1. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for Your perfect timing in Elaine's life and that we can stand together with her in prayer for her daughter Lisa. I ask that You will give both Elaine and Lisa the sweet assurance that You are in control. Would you give wisdom to the doctors as they decide if surgery is needed. I pray too that you will bring relief to Lisa if she is suffering from pain and grant her the rest she needs. Amen.

    2. Lord we thank you that nothing is by chance and for your timing in having Elaine see the tab for leaving her request for prayer. You are that personal! Lord, I lift up Lisa to you and ask that you would be there with her in the ER and make your presence known to her. Thank you Lord for providing health care and for care of nurses and physicians. Lord, I ask for wisdom in knowing what would be best for Lisa. Father, we know all things are possible with you and I ask that you would give her healing if that is your will. We know all things are possible with you and you are able to do more than we ask. I pray for peace and comfort during this time for this family.
      In Jesus precious name...Amen.

  2. Thank you all so much for your faithful prayers for others. Please pray for my Dad, Gordon. He has cancer and has been rushed into hospital again, seriously ill. He has suffered with illness for most of his life and is now 72. Please pray for him to have comfort and peace from the Lord, and an end to his suffering. Thank you so much. xx

  3. Lord in heaven . . . hallowed be Thy Name . . . Thy kingdom come . . .
Thy will be done.Thank you that you hear Tina's cry for her dad. We join in asking
that he may know Your comfort even in this and especially so. That even though his outward body may be wasting away, his inner soul will be renewed and be at peace.

  4. 'Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.' Phil. 4:7 NLT

Praying for you, Tina...and for your dad, Gordon, as he is in this place of suffering. May God give you both comfort and peace.

  5. Would you please pray for healing in our family relationships. Some members in our family have been estranged for over 15 years and the situation just seems to worsen as the years pass by. We are Christian people, but forgiveness doesn't seem an option even though we all know what God asks of us. I must be doing something wrong, because I don't feel God is answering my many prayers on the subject. It is such a heavy burden for me as a parent to 5 adult children who can't seem to forgive and forget past mistakes. Thank you and God bless you for helping with prayer.

    1. Dear Heavenly Father, You know the heart cry of Frieda. Oh Lord, there is so much hurt in the world and the pain is often so overwhelming. It seems that so many families are struggling through difficult relationships and we know the enemy is working hard to break families apart. Lord, I ask and agree with Frieda that you would bring healing where there is hurt, that your spirit would work in the hearts of those that refuse to forgive. Lord, your word is clear that forgiveness is not an option for those that love you and I ask that you would continue by your spirit to work in the lives of this family.
I pray especially for Frieda that she would take courage in your love and learn to leave her burdens at the cross. You promise to never leave us or forsake us. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness.
      In Jesus name, Amen

Thank you,

    1. Dearest Lord - We thank you for this woman and her desire to be a channel of Your peace. We pray with her that this couple would have a deep desire to find a way to resolve the custody of their child with as little ill effect as possible. We ask that You would answer our prayers and use a positive outcome to guide this couple to You. Give this dear sister and her husband discernment, wisdom and sensitivity as they give counsel.
We thank you Father for your promise to answer our prayers.
      Amen

  8. Our dear heavenly Father, please be with this father on earth who is going through this suffering. Help him to know more deeply how much you love him and care for him. We're joining his family and friends in praying that you will stop the cancer from spreading in his body. Draw the family circle closer as they depend on you and trust you in your will and purposes. Thank you for hearing our prayers...amen.

  9. Hello,

My husband and I are currently trying to conceive our first baby. We have been married for over a year and trying for most of that time. I have abnormal uterine bleeding. We really want a baby soon but know that it is in God's hands. Thank you for your prayers.
